After being in a little bit of a rut lately with my pyrography, I've decided to try and get the creative juices flowing with some new art forms. I'll be out in the woods, or looking along the shores, for inspirational, unusual pieces of wood that I can carve or sculpt.
I love pyrography, and will never leave it behind, but so many images call out to my soul from the actual shape of the wood, I want to see if I can bring it out... I'll post some "in progress" pieces as I do them, and will hope that they inspire you as well.

I will be appearing at Lulu's Fresh Art Market every Saturday, when possible, selling my artwork.
